LOAD-FIRST MODE

When there is light during the day, the power generated by the PV is preferentially powered by the inverter to the load, and if there is excess, then the battery is charged through the energy storage system.

If the PV is not working or the PV power generation is small, the battery of the energy storage inverter will supply power to the load.

 

ENERGY STORAGE MODE FIRST

(peak shaving and valley filling)

 

When the PV is working, the energy from the PV is charged to the battery by the energy storage system (ESS), and when the PV generation power is insufficient to power the load, the power supply will be powered by the grid for the load.

If the PV is not working or the PV is weak, the grid will charge the energy storage battery (ESS) and power the load.

 

GRID MODE FIRST

When the PV is working, the battery is discharged to the load. If the PV power and energy storage battery (ESS) discharge power is greater than the load power, then the excess power flows to the grid.

If the PV is not working or the PV power generation energy is weak, the energy storage battery (ESS) discharges to the load, and if the PV power and energy storage battery discharge power is less than the load power, then the grid will provide additional power to the load.

If the grid is lost, the ESS system will switch to power backup mode, all energy comes from PV and energy storage batteries (ESS), and the AC output can be selected as home load or EPS load backup. The load connected to the EPS port should be less than the ESS nominal power.
